Salesperson listened carefully to what I was looking for. Was able to make several very good suggestions. Did not rush me at all once I was waited on (after waiting online just outside store).

Janet who helped us was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. She was able to resolve our issue. In addition she discussed cleaning and storing instructions we were not aware of on previous Pandora purchases and visits.

Sam was such an amazing person!! She really helped me build my bracelet and rings. I loved every second of it. I had the best experience ever and will definitely be coming back.

I was highly satisfied because it was fast, efficient, and I was extremely happy with my purchase. I waited for about 30 mins before getting into the store when in the store I was welcomed and everybody was extremely nice. I found what size I needed within 5 minutes which was great.

Sales team is awesome

The salesperson (Anastasia) was very kind and knowledgeable about the products that I purchased. The care and precaution taken for COVID was good and I received a free water bottle during the time I spent waiting in line to enter the store.

Slow to acknowledge I was waiting to be serviced. Counters were severely scratched so store needs to be renovated.personnel was kind. My daughter will love the gift.
