As I stood in line, the sales associates kept us informed. They kept us informed with the wait times. They answered questions, provided water, and provided catalogs.

Anastasia went above and beyond helping me find the right charms for my moms bracelet. She also helped me find the right size for mine. She complimented my rings and was very nice. Store manager was very nice as well there was a rude customer in line that day and she handeled it very well.

It was my first time visiting a Pandora with my boyfriend. We had looked online but decided to go to a store because we were not sure what my size was. The store was so clean and organized, something I keep an eye out for. We were greeted by a friend worker, Henrietta. She did a wonderful job of helping us out. While we were telling her what we were looking for someone came and offered us a water bottle which surprised and impressed both me and my boyfriend. Henrietta let me try on some rings just to make sure my size was correct. Once we figured out my size she showed us a variety of ring while pointing out some of her personal favorites. My boyfriend and I were quick to choose two that we liked. The checkout process was really quick too. She also asked my if I would like to wear the rings now or have them in a box, which I thought was pretty cool.
