Very friendly staff. I called before I came, to find out whether the store had Star Wars, and the staff was able to immediately say they had the whole collection.

The sales associate was so helpful. Im a guy buying for my 2 daughters and a grand daughter. I was unsure of what to get. She came up with the perfect charms for the idea I had. She took out all of the stress of picking through hundreds of charms.

I do want to say I was really upset over my previous visit, my husband and I waited forever and he couldn't wait anymore as he is disabled and because of it I missed out on the free bracelet promotion. I had intended to also purchase 4 charms but couldn't.

Salesperson (Bianca A) was a pleasure to work with. She listened to me and was very respectful when I didn’t care for something or was hesitant about the cost. She came up with various alternatives for me to try. The initial item I went in to see was available but I didn’t end up caring for it when I saw it in the store. But Bianca was able to find me other things which were to my liking.

I absolutely love Pandora products but it is the knowledge of the sales associates that makes the shopping experience even better. I came in to return/exchange an item I ordered on line. I also wanted to clean several of my own bracelets. I left the store with $400 worth of new products (all beautiful) and in line with what I wanted next. I also happened to get in on the tail end of a promotion so gained 3 beautiful bracelets in the process! The jewelry is stunning, the assistance I received in my selections was excellent!

Feliece was so nice to me and she asked me question about what I like, she was patient when she was showing me all the charms and took her time to give ideas, plus after the purchase she took the time to put my bracelet together with the new charms and now it looks AMAZING!
