First of all I love the quality and the beauty of the products. The sales girl was attentive and helped us pick the right ring.

We had to wait in line and an associate came out to ask if everyone was ok and wound up just bringing my charm out to me because I knew exactly which one I was there for. :)

They’re always friendly when we always comes. They’re always fast pasted on working. And I love how clean and neat it is every time I come in.

Customer service was great, the sale on the items were great, and the handing out bottle of water to customers on a hot summer day was good service. I also like the staff that cleaned my items.

I received my first Pandora bracelet as a surprise birthday gift from my fiancé. I needed a longer length and had called around with no luck, until I tried the Vernon Hills Mall store. Ewelina was amazing! I had no intention of buying more charms, but happily left with 2 more beautiful ones! Ewelina impressed me with her courtesy and knowledge about the products. The only problem I foresee, is being able to stay out of the store. I already have my eye on several other charms and a 2nd bracelet!

Our sales person was so helpful and patient and offered me to try on a bracelet for myself even though I was shopping for a friend. My husband came into the store and she engaged with him to let him know the bracelet I wanted.
