Staff was so nice! They made me feel welcomed. It was my first Pandora bracelet and they were happy to show me how to take care of it. Overall the environment felt friendly.

We were treated very nicely since we set foot at the store. They offered us a water and helped is with every question they had. They even gave us tips on how to keep our jewelry looking splendid.

She was very friendly patient & understanding to my likings and she also helped me pick out a very nice beautiful bracelet she recommended new products
