The store associate, Henrietta, was really friendly. I went looking for the Harry Potter collection and I only saw two figures and asked for Harry but he wasn’t on the tray so she proceeded to ask her coworker if she could find it in another place, and we got it. She also referred me to the Harry Potter bangle to add to my collection. I am overall very pleased with my visit. Thanks Henrietta!

Brogan H was very helpful. You no longer have the spacer that fell off my bracelet so she helped me look at different options and pick one that was closest to what I'd had. She also made suggestions on new charms I might like, since she saw I had a lot of Disney ones.
