I loved how they assisted us when we were either just looking or being talked with one on one with someone. I loved how friendly they all were and how the whole store was organized.

From past visits, Pandora has always had the availability of a specific product I'm looking for. The Customer Service experience has never failed till this day.

The sale person was very help with my return and really helpful on helping my daughter with her ring. Love pandora everyone is always helpful.

They greet each customer and make them feel comfortable.. They always very helpful with the selection of the items. Always states that if have any questions or dissatisfied please call or return to the store. Have called the store in the past and was given the correct answers to my questions.

On a previous visit (Dec. 20th) it was extremely busy due to the holiday. There were only 4 associates working, After waiting an hour I had to leave with still several people ahead of me on your list. However on this visit, I was very satisfied with my experience.

Sales associate Bianca was wonderful. She was pleasant and professional. The sale on the year end charms was great.

A lot of selections when it comes to charms. Styles of charms are unique.

The environment was great. It was so easy choosing my charm and necklace. Henrietta was so nice and helpful.
