Salesperdon took the time to listen, offered great suggestions and made us feel welcome and special. The selection was outstanding and the prices were good.

First, I visited the store on a weekday so not as crowded. I was looking to replace a bracelet I lost -- the sales associates helped me find great charms to finish out another bracelet I owned --- very knowledgeable. They also worked to help me resolve an issue -- broken clasp on a separate bracelet. I'll be back to replace the bracelet and likely buy additional charms due to their friendly assistance.

The customer service is always great, I love the rose gold selections and the quality is great too.

Amazing people and service

Bianca was absolutely amazing and easy to talk to. She was understanding of the damage I had on my Reflexions bracelet and exchanged it for a new one. Thank you Bianca, I’ll definitely come back.
