The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took as much time as I needed, and helped me pick out and design what I wanted. I felt appreciated as a customer.

My overall experience was great. I will defiantly return to this location.

One of the sales associates seemed very annoyed with the other one, shaking her head and not being at all patient or caring to her. It was awkward.

I like that the sales associates are very ready to help, but I also don't like how you always have a sales associate just watching you - it makes you feel rushed or like you are bothering them when you want to try on multiple different rings. It would be nice if customers could kind of be left alone to try things on, rather than constantly having someone standing there watching.. I understand theft and what not... maybe putting the rings on those pull out strings? so people can try them on by themselves and not feel watched and uncomfortable? Also, the sales associate did not explain the sale very well to me. I had tried on a few rings and she was explain to me that there was a sale where you could save 40$ thus bringing my total to like 100 total.. well when I was rang up my total was 147... she did not tell me the new ring I tried on was not part of the deal. I was annoyed by that but still bought the ring. Also 2 rings I wanted did not come in my size... ( I am a size 6.5/7).. this frustrated me because I went in there for a specific ring and my ring size is pretty common so I was frustrated by that.

I was a bit confused about what can go on my bracelet. Everything has to be shown I would have liked to have looked without being watched I felt pressured.
