During my recent visit to the Pandora store, my daughter and I were helped by one of your sales associates named Ricardo. My daughter had recently received a Pandora bracelet for Christmas and was in search of the perfect charms. Ricardo was absolutely amazing. He was super personable and went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. He took the time to make sure that my daughter was absolutely satisfied with her charms and she left with a huge smile on her face.

I was highly satisfied with Dorothy customer service and her patience with me being so confused I adored how she helped me with the 50% off sale.

Customer service was very helpful and extremely nice. I even got a deal that was very satisfying to my Christmas gifts. Over all the service was great and positive and I would recommend my family to shop at pandora in the near future.
