Even though the line to Pandora was out the door, My overall experience is great! The staff member that was outside making sure everything was run smoothly was very friendly. Once I was inside and with an Associate she was very friendly and helpful to my needs and what I wanted. The only thing that I was a little dissatisfied about was the packaging. My bag that I left with was crumply and kept coming undone which made a potential for my items to fall out of my bag should I bend down.

Ricardo helped me, who was very knowledgeable. He gave good suggestions that I went with, and my Mom loved her gift!
