The customer service was prompt , friendly and she was making suggestions for my daughters birthday gift. For July she suggested a ruby in which my daughter loved.

Our sales person was awesome. I came into the store to buy three charms and I left with a new bracelet include the chain with a total of 7 charms and I applied to the credit card. I love pandora and Jacqueline D at the Brandon Town Center store in Brandon, Fl is one of the reasons why I love Pandora. We were in the store almost and hour and she made it a pleasant experience.
