The store had an extremely long line due to it being Mother's Day but with the fast paced staff I was in & out within 15 minutes. I also love my new pieces

I love the theme of all jewelry it gives the customer the option to get what they like. Sale associates where nice and friendly. Sales associates help with what I was looking for gave me options.

My wife's birthday is coming up. She already has a silver and rose gold bracelet. Both of them are full so I'm purchasing the gold bracelet for her.

I went in for a treat for myself with nothing specific in mind. As soon as I said something about a chicken my associate knew there was one. She was observant about my likes based on what I was wearing. Showed me some great charms but I fell in love with the chicken!

Our daughter passed away April 30, 2022. We wanted a way to remember her and honor her. The charms at Pandora made that possible our our sales associate provide the perfect charms. We will definitely be back to add more. We could not have asked for a more compassionate associate. She is a treasure.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She took time to help me make a decision on my new bracelet. I have arthritis in my hands and she was very helpful and patient while we tried several options to determine which one was the easiest for me to put on and take off.

The associate expressed joy and patience during my decision making. She was kind & talkative with my daughter. My daughters & I do wish Pandora had more of a selection. A lot of the charms seem childlike or grandmotherly. There weren’t any simple stud earrings except for a dark toned solitaire surrounded by a crown. I would have preferred the standard bright clear stone to the shadowed color. It’s seemed a sort of purple? Maybe due to the setting? We’re looking forward to what you may have to offer in the future. Other than that.. I am in love with the earrings I purchased & previous purchases I have made.

The selection was amazing! The sales people there were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. We found everything we were looking for and more!
