I arrived at the store 25 minutes prior to closing, the sales associate was very helpful and did not rush me. The associate took her time to explain the merchandise to me prior to my purchase. I complete my purchase within 15 minutes. I would definitely revisit the Chattanooga store again. I’m a very satisfied customer.

The sales associate who assisted me was very helpful. Other times I gone in the I've been basically greeted then ignored, not sure if I looked like someone who could afford a Pandora ring so they just pushed me aside. I wish I would’ve gotten the sales associates name who assisted me. She was taller, blonde, pretty, younger, and had an Apple Watch. I hope she gets some kind of recognition because I really appreciate her helping me make sure what size I am to checking as much as she could for the availability of a product for me. Very helpful and nice, really appreciated!

The young lady whom helped me was EXTRA nice, even polished my bracelet and made it done again, that really made me happy and I appreciate that.
