The staff were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. While the charm I wanted was not available, I came out more satisfied with the purchase I made.

I was having trouble with a bracelet I purchased for Christmas. I swapped it for another bracelet and the sales associate was very nice. I get another charm and she balanced all the charms I had on the bracelet.

The ladies working were very nice, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, made sure I was finding everything ok, and gave me a carrot of options when I couldn’t decide.

The sales person, Seren, was very helpful in helping me make a decision for a birthday gift for my son girlfriend. AWESOME customer service.

Employees were knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what I wanted other than a “good and pretty set of earrings”. The employee who helped me during my visit was patient while I chose between 3 pair!

We actually walked in 10 minutes before they were to close and they still helped us. They were patient and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. I spent 500.00 dollars.
