The sales associate that helped me was very friendly. She helped me choose the correct size bracelet for my wrist. I also had a return for a bracelet I purchased for my daughter the month before and she made that exchange very quick and easy.

The sales associate was extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. The store was clean and extremely bright/well lit. Also, the checkout process was easy and fast.

I saw a beautiful pear shaped "diamond" ring in the window as I was passing by to another store that caught my eye...I went in and staff brought the ring out for me to try on, my only question was if the ring came in gold, the answer was only rose gold. I then purchased the ring in sliver and love it!! Staff was extremely nice and very kind to work with even in these Mask filled days of COVID.
