The sales clerk greeted me as I came in the store, recognizing me from previous visits. She knew exactly where to find the charm I asked for (UTK bangle) and that the College charms would not be reissued. She and an associate checked files to see why another possible charm had not been included in the series (UNC). Since the store was not busy at the time, both clerks kept up a steady conversation about the College charms.

Alexandria was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and took extra time and care to re-lbalance my bracelet and cleaned it without request from me. She was awesome, and extremely friendly and helpful.
