The sales lady was really helpful and I have been wanting a bracelet and my husband surprised me on the spot and got me just what I wanted.

The woman who helped me was very friendly. She knew where everything was and what kind of charms they had in stock. She answered all of the questions I had. She helped me find a new bracelet and told me when they would receive the charm I was wanting.

I called the store to place an item on hold, the call was fast and friendly. Once I arrived at the store I was greeted and asked if I need help, I stated I have something on hold and was helped right away there was no delay in the service. I was in and out of the store. Job well done!!

The sales lady was very friendly and even offered and cleaned my 2 bracelets . She also added the 3 charms we bought onto my bracelet. I was very pleased with the service I received.
