I went looking for a particular item and the associate immediately knew what we were looking for and it was almost closings time so we had no time to spare. They only had one bracelet left and it was the size we were needing. We are not from Chattanooga so I was happy that they had it. It could have been a bad situation if the size was wrong.

I knew what Pandora was but had never purchased anything. My best friend had mentioned that she had been wanting a Pandora bracelet. Going into the store I was immediately greeted and was asked what I was looking for and an assistant was immediately introduced to me. This girl knew the merchandise inside and out. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several choices. Needless to say, I spent almost $500. I bought my friend a beautiful bracelet for Christmas (along with one for myself). MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME !!!! (wish I could remember the sales lady's name) Soooo sweet.
