The staff was so nice and so helpful.

First time in the store, looking for a gift for daugher in law. Found what I needed.

I walked in, asked to be put on the list, instead the sales associate just helped me, and was quick and was excited about the ring I was wanting to purchase, and I told her it was a surprise so when my girlfriend called while I was in the store the sales associate whispered the entire time to help me keep it a surprise. It was great. Thank you! Ugh I wanna remember her name. I’m bad at that. If this is connected to my receipt somehow, tell her thank you since I couldn’t say it loudly before I walked out (girlfriend probs lol)

I came late on Black Friday, after getting off work myself. They had a system set up with a greeter at the door to help control the customer-to-associate ratio. This helped streamline the process. It also helped that I knew what I wanted.

I had to exchange a ring for a different size. It was my mistake to go on Black Friday, but the sales associate was very helpful.

Seren was extremely knowledgeable. She offered several options and explained the differences thoroughly. Even though the charm I was looking for was out of stock, she offered options in the same category.

My associate Monica was great! I was looking for just certain charms and she found what I liked right away. I wasn’t there to purchase anything but she made it so much fun to look over all the brackets and charms I know I wanted to purchase it all.

Love visiting the Hamilton Place location. The staff is always friendly and always tells you about sales/specials going on.

Sales associates were very efficient in finding the item I requested. Associate was also efficient in the check out process. Associates were also very helping in informing of upcoming sales and promos.
