Seren was very knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions that I had on specific rings and charms. She gave me information about how card holders are able to receive special offers prior to it being released to non card holders. She is a great salesperson which is why I spent the amount of money I did on that visit.

My mother and I had gone to 5 different stores that day and none had the specific jewelry we needed. Right when we were about to skip Pandoa from all the let downs of other stores. We went in, were helped immediately, showed examples of what we needed, and the price was not bad at all. Over all wonderful entering just a bright and clean place.
