This Pandora experience was a special one it was for my daughter's 21st Birthday. She was wanting a pair of rose gold earrings she picked out online but once in the store she found some she liked better and the ones we went with. Then the associate helped us find the charm she was looking for to tie this birthday to a specific charm that meant something to her so we did a martini glass charm out was sweet the associates helped with this.

I was in a hurry and she knew exactly where the charms I may be interested in were and with in literally minutes I was in and out. She worked with me to not only sell me something I wanted but helped me save money on my selection. I will be back.

I previously lived in Chattanooga TN and was there on vacation. The sales lady was extremely competent and most friendly and helpful. I was looking at the rings and even though I was not able to find the one I liked she did her very best to help me!
