I was highly satisfied because when I took my broken bracelet it was exchanged with no problem. I was also told what I could do so that it wouldn’t happen again (which was listen when they had told me to buy clips).

My daughter took me to buy a Mother's day bracelet as a surprise. The sales person was exceptional. She was patient and very knowledge. I am very pleased with my bracelet.
