the lady that waited on us was GREAT. My daughters birthday and she is very shy. I gave her the double braided bracelet last year and told her if she did a good job of taking care of it she could have one like mine. she had a Daughter charm that has never treaded easily or correctly and the lady took it on herself to call a manager and show the defect and exchange it on the spot. I never even asked for it to be looked at. She noticed it while she was transferring all the charms to her silver bracelet. Came out of the store being even more pleased that we did not just go to a jewelry store but went to Pandora instead. They are always pleasant but this lady went above the level we normally get. GREAT SERVICE !!!!

The manager at Pandora in Hamilton Place took her upmost time in helping me for my daughter's bday gift. She gave me the best Service Ever. I think her name was Jennifer. She's awesome and I will be back!

Wonderful store at the Hamilton Place location!! Friendly, attentive staff and a clean store as well. Only issue was the temperature of the store, it seems the air is down as it was when we visited last in December. With it being a popular store it was undoubtedly crowded and the lack of air conditioning mixed with body heat was uncomfortable. Other than that it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely return.

I was highly impressed with the expertise and helpfulness Of the staff. Maris and Ryan allowed me to take my time and change my mind during the process without feeling rushed or presusured.
