I exchanged a bracelet foR A SMALLER SIZE. Got a current book to look at home, while at the Pandora store looked at some items. Will be returning this week to get 2 clips and at 1 charm. I will ask for Jennifer again.

Friendly staff, it was Valentine's Day and extremely busy but everyone was nice and helpful. I really like that when so many people are shopping they put your name on a list as you come in the door so no one is overlooked.

During holidays you need more associates

The staff greeted me immediately and were very helpful. She explained that the selection of sister charms was limited currently but showed me several pretty charms. She also explained how many of the family charms allowed for dual owners (example: sister hearts).
