I didn't expect to buy anything when i went in but the girl who helped me named Seren B No. 162006 was so very sweet loved her attitude.

The sales associates were friendly but not over bearing. The store was bright and clean with a nice o a talk setup. And the flow of the store was open and easy to mo e threw.

Great location. Great layout of store. Very clean store and easy to find what I wanted to buy without having to ask.

CS in Chattanooga was great. Kenmessa Vs, not so much.

They lady who helped me was so great. She knew her rings very well, I originally went in just to browse but she showed me a ring I couldn’t live without. I will definitely be coming back to this store

The sales associate was very helpful. She wanted to know what I was interested in and not try and sale me items I was not in there to look at. She also helped me with ideas for my bracelet for my future purchases as well.

The ladies there were really friendly and willing to give me advice on what to pick. The one that helped me found my size really fast and didn’t take too long. In addition, they didn’t hesitate to answer any questions.

When my daughter and I entered the store, we were greeted immediately and the reason for our visit was obtained. The sales representative was courteous, and knowledgeable. I told her I wanted a different bracelet for my charms, and another size ring, but wanted to keep the originals. She found exactly what I needed but also recommended a safety chain, showing me several and showing me what my charms would look like on the new bracelet. She mentioned the special and I was able to get a bracelet and safety chain, as well as a larger size ring and only paid a little more than I anticipated. I feel that I got a very good value and excellent service. The only thing that I would consider a negative is that my daughter must remain in her wheelchair and she has difficulty seeing your merchandise. This time we were shopping for me, but I wish future store design would consider customers who cannot stand to see the products easily.
