It took awhile before I was acknowledged in the store. Trays were not brought out from under counter stock, that was not on display, to allow me to see options. Specific pieces were pulled out, which is fine but I didn't get the opportunity to inspect them before purchase. Upon returning home the pieces need to be cleaned and one appears scratched. I would be fine if they were for me, but they are a gift for someone else.

Its Normally bc this location as a limited selection must of my visits...Even Though my last visit was grest the two before that This location had no supplys for on hand for gifting....no signature pandora bags or boxes

Everything went really well, I bought 2 new charms for my beauty and the beast bangle design. When I asked if they would be having a Mother’s Day sale she said it would start on Thursday. Then I asked if I could come back with my receipt because I had just spend over $240 just within this week to maybe have these receipts apply to the deal to receive the gift item and I would happily buy more charms to design the new bracelets she gave me a look and it made me feel uncomfortable for asking if they would have a sale.

The sales associate didn’t seem very cheerful or happy to help. Seemed like it was a chore.

I have frequented this store a few times and come to find a sign that told me what time they would return and it is always after the advised time when I show up. The sign says closed for cleaning but there is clearly no cleaning taking place as no one is in the store. If leaving for a lunch break, just specify that but why does every associate need to take lunch at the same time? I have visited once and it was an hour after the sign said they should've returned and the store was empty. As customers are taking risks to get out and visit, please do your part to either be closed properly or give proper time and notification of your closings.

Jared has Pandor on sale right now. I understand that is a competitor but I was not offered the same deal or even a percentage off. Just thought $30 for a clip is expensive when the competitor has it for $15

I loved my experience. I did feel a little rushed. The sales associate didn't pressure me or anything but they stand there waiting on you to make your decision.

Not much selection in store, granddaughter had little to choose from. Didn't want to order online, could have done that from home.
