There wasn’t enough product in different size range (rings). I had to purchase a size a bit smaller than what I would have liked.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because there weren’t many nice looking charms just like 2 or 3

Went in because of brackets coming undone. Clerk pulled back n forth on and finally gave me another. I had purchased another charms and she did add those also. I had a problem with not being offered a replacement for a charm that was clearly broken or not. Ring able to close any longer. BUT she did give a solution to purchase an extender so IF the clasp comes open I will not lose anything. The clerk did not ask when/if the damage of the charm happened. In stead I was told to take it to a jeweler and have it fixed. That was a total disappointment being that Pandora is known for quality and being excellent with their merchandise.

I was satisfied with my experience over all but I will say this store doesn't have a lot in stock on a consistent basis.

Didn’t have many necklaces

I was not too satisfied with this store because I already knew what I was coming in for, but this particular store did not have any of the items I wanted. 2 specific charms I wanted and the average size standard charm bracelet they did not have at all. It was disappointing because I was set on them and did not have ideas for back ups - it would've been helpful if they had a booklet or something of their entire inventory to look through.

They didnt have a huge selection of sizes on a specific ring that i had bought and brought back in to get a different size, but it was a very beautiful ring!

I had a $10 off from a survey and I was missing a number in the code. There was no one to call to correct this problem. I also could not use my Pandora card to get the 35% off because I did not have it with me. They can no longer call and get the info for customers, so my husband had to open a new account.

We were charged for medium or large charm holder when we purchased a small one
