Didn’t have the all items requested

The jewelry broke within a couple of months and I paid over $200 for the single piece. Just not satisfied with jewelry. The store is great and so is the staff.

There is always long lines. I would like to see a selection of the reflection line. They ran out of the pandora gift bags I love those bags

Two of the charms that I specifically went in to buy were unavailable.

Not much of a selection and not able to see a large variety of charms. actually a disappointing experience. I will probably purchase on line in the future.

When I went to the Pandora store in Hamilton Place they were out of a lot the merchandise they we advertising. They had a couple of gift sets advertised with a deal, but once asked about them they informed me the items were sold separately. Finally they have every Disney Princess Dress charm except for the Black Princess Tiana and though I’m not big on race I’d like my daughter to be able to wear a charm of a princess she can relate to.

My first trip to a Pandora. Therefore, no basis for comparison.

I explained to the Sales clerk I was there to purchase a charm for my daughter's birthday. I told her this was my first visit. She basically handed me a catalog and basically everything I picked was out of stock. (Due to the holidays...ok). It was only three other customers in there during my visit. I was hoping for some suggestions but never received it. I would have purchased some more. So I will visit again, because I saw some more items to purchase.

The wait time was too long. True, I was there during the week before Christmas, but over half of the sales associates were behind the checkout counter waiting to access a register. Checkout has historically been a big problem at Pandora. The checkout process takes way too long. This just serves to back everything else up.
