I asked about the promotion for the bangle bracelet but was told it ended 2days prior. The next morning I got an email that they started a 25% off that day. That would have been nice to know that could wait a few hours and got several dollars off my purchase!!! Especially since I asked about the other promotion. The price is getting to the point I am less and less likely to get these charms. It certainly would have encouraged me to buy more if I had known to wait til the next morning for the discount. I felt they were not honest with me!

Staff stood around for the longest talking and laughing, I actually had to ask someone for assistance as it was never offered. Once I did get someone to help us she was great but my daughter and I were in the store looking for at least 15 minutes with no offer of assistance.

The associate would only pull out 3 or 4 charms at once, instead of displaying an entire tray to view. The trays were hidden below closed cabinets and not where they can be seen in bulk. The process was slow and relies upon the sales associate to randomly select a charm that might be lucky enough to be what the customer wants.

The only real reason was it was black friday, and pandora was the store i waited at the longest. However that should be expected since 35% off is a good deal at pandora. It was hard to move around such a small store with tons of people waiting as well.

Some of the staff didn’t take the time to look for the product that I wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful but overlooked some of the items.

I realize the store gets crowded sometimes, but the sales associates just don't seam to care who is next. The inventory is lacking and there is no room to move around. My next complaint is that some stores seem to have sales and others don't, I don't understand why that a sale would not be across the board sale. I have more complaints but I can't remember them, but Thank You for your time.

was expensive for charms, but love the charm. wish they would be a little cheaper, love the quality. workers are nice and helpful

The employee who assisted us was not very knowledgeable about the products and not very friendly in my opinion.

The overall presentation of the store, displays and ability to find specific items made the store hard to shop. In the past the store was merchandised in a more appealing and customer friendly manner.
