Needed a bigger size bangle

I was overlooked many times by associates. Other people that came in after me were helped before I was. After being helped by Ryan everything went great.

I was very satisfied with my experience

I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I walked around and looked waiting to be helped. All sales associates were busy, understandable however did not understand why 2 sales associates were helpin ONE customer. I don’t mind waiting my turn, I was upset that while I patiently waited, I was not greeted or acknowledged. I almost walked out but decided to stay for my purchase.

Very little selection of charms other than valentine charms. Staff was very stand offish.

Satisfied, but a little pricey

The stock was very low in a bracelet we were considering purchasing. I purchased a different one. I plan to return for that item when it is back in stock.

Only because I had to make a special trip back to Chattanooga to get the right size bracelet because it was not in stock when I came in and bought the first one and needed the 20 inch, Problem was fixed at a later time though!

They didn't have the charm I wanted.

Upon entering the store, the associates seemed to ignore not only myself but other customers who were there before I was. Also, having worked in retail myself, I understand that there might sometimes be a problem that requires two associates. But even after the problem seemed to be resolved, the second associate just stood there watching instead of helping the next guest.
