I do not use highly satisfied on any survey.

The store was busy and no one was in the front to sign people in at that time. Stood by the counter for 10 minuets and had to ask for some help.

Store was very small & very crowded and you had to wait and mov several times just to get use of a register to pay after items were picked out

Need better elections, store was a little crowded, the sales person had to search for a necklace for the pendant I bought

They did not have the item I wanted to buy

The person who was helping me was not very friendly I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me while there were two associates who were just chatting away.

i was highly satisfied, the only issue was the lack of stock in the ring i wanted. my size is 4.5 and that was not carried in the certain style ring i wanted. i did, however, get my second choice.

The wait time for an associate to assist me was too long. When I did get assistance, it took a very long time for my bangle size to be located. I spent way too much time in the store going in knowing exactly what I wanted. The associate that helped me was very pleasant, though.

The store did not have the merchandise that I wanted in the store in my size. The next one I tried they did not have my size either. Then, the sales associate found the merchandise in the wrong box.

3 associates standing around. Not unpleasant, just apathetic. No eye contact, zero conversation. Not friendly.
