The salesperson was a little rude to a young lady that was helping me pick the bracelet out I wanted. She asked the salesperson a question for me and she was very short with her. I didn’t like that at all.

It's not that I was dissatisfied with my experience because nothing went wrong. However, I did feel like the associate could have been more talkative. I'm used to a more bubbly personality or joy to help. The associate was nice however it was just blah, I'm not even a talker myself and I definitely like to get straight to what I want but I just felt like there was no convo there unless I initiated it grated I already knew what I wanted bc I had been looking online for a couple of days but I came by myself so I felt like simple advise or help in choosing what was best for me would've been nice example: ( do you like this one or that one, which one is a best-seller, which looks better on my finger to you etc) she did ultimately help after I initiated for her advice. Not a bad worker or anything but needs to work on being more helpful. I mean I spent 150 on two rings , talk to me lol

The store didn't have enough help . I was over looked I had been there like 30 minutes and a lady came in and they took her before me...and then had to wait 20 mins on a salesperson..

They were very friendly and completely helpful. But I was looking for a Winnie the Pooh charm that none of the store’s cannot keep in stock.

When I walked in the store I was not graded I walked around the store two times looking at all the merchandise I still was not spoken to about 10 minutes in somebody came from the back and she said are you being helped and I said no

Well when walked in, there 3 salesman standing grouped up. We were looking at the merchandise, and no one helped us until we asked.

This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this pandora store. I tried to do a return after mother’s day and I was told they didn’t have any cash to do the return. This time I called first to see if there was a particular item in stock because I needed to exchange. The associate in the phone was very rude and condescending. Once I got to the store they were helpful but they acted like they didn’t know how to do the exchange. Took forever.

They had very little selection in the size we wanted. Tried to come back a couple of weeks later because the lady there said they should get some more sizes in. When we returned the selection was just as poor as before. Also they couldn’t order one in the size we need. Not sure if there are many stores you can’t special order through anymore. Associates were nice though.

The Hamilton Place Mall location in Chattanooga, TN has no air on. It is NOT enjoyable to shop in the store and makes it incredibly hard to WANT to purchase anything. I went knowing what I wanted so I didn’t have to stay as long as others. Also the ear rings I purchased broke my ears out and caused a double ear infection. I even very with the sales lady what type of metal it’s made out of.
