They didn’t have any of the charms I wanted in stock at the store. There were 4 different charms I saw and picked out from the booklet but the store didn’t have any of them in stock and I had to settle for something else. There was a sale online the next day and I should have just waited and ordered the ones I wanted for a discount price. I paid full price for the one I got and could have got two that I wanted on sale if I had known about the sale.

Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by a man. It wasn’t until 20 minutes later did I find out he was suppose to put my name on a list. I stood in line waiting and kept getting ignored by every single employee I tried talking to. I don’t know if they just assumed I didn’t want to buy anything but literally nobody spoke to me. The cashier tried to send me to the back of the line because she couldn’t find my bag with my name on it.

Employee # 216841 (guy) was not to pleasant to me. I told him that I needed help with bracelet,(trying to open it) and also adding a charm. Just didn't seem to pleasant and helpful

The sales associate me were rude and on their phone the entire time. I was not greeted when I walked in and I had to ask for assistance instead of them taking initiative to assist me.

I went into the store last week because a clip charm had broken I found it in the floor. I’ll take it to the sales associate and she deems that it was fixed. A few days later I look down in the same one is now gone. This time I don’t know where it fell off. I go back into the store and see the same associate as last week she tells me she can’t replace it because I’ve lost it. I told her you know it was broken because last week you said you fixed it and she said if I had brought it with me today I could have had a replacement. I asked her why she didn’t give me a replacement last week when I came in instead of telling me that she fix the broken one. She refused to replace it when she knew she had helped me last week she admitted she remembered me and went through the whole scenario with another associate but since I did not have the clip in my hand that fell off again the second time she would not replace it I had to spend $65 to make my bracelet balance and that was completely wrong. The charm was not lost, it broke and fell off somewhere and this associate knew it she had just fixed it a few days before and refused to replace it.

I purchased a connector for my bracelet. The connecting chain kept falling off my bracelet when I toke it off and I would have to put the connecting chain back on along with some of the charms every time I removed the bracelet. So I returned to the store and they gave me another one, asked if there was another connector I could buy and return that one since it was not working and was told no since I had it over 30 days. This is not good customer service, I was willing to buy a better chain to connect my bracelet so this would not happen but I could not get credit for the connecting chain that did not work
