Pandora Jewelry

I bought my fiancée a ring from here a while back and have had to replace it TWICE! The stones fell out and we had it replaced. Less than a week later, even more stones fell out of the replacement. The quality of a $135 ring was very disappointing. We chose a different product to replace it. But I’m still not convinced it was worth the money.

I have shop at this store on more than one occasion because it’s the only one in town and the same thing happen to me before the sale people or not friendly and very nonchalant. When shopping they are inpatient and try to get you to hurry and buy

The sales associate was dismissive in her behavior. She clearly was not focused on helping me, she would put a tray on display and walk away, not showing individual pieces or answering questions

People were leaving the store and I was kept waiting outside in line. The associate I had initial contact with was rude and very snooty. She informed me Disney and Star Wars items were not included in the sale. I asked her what sale? She replied Well it's only posted all over the store...buy 2 get 1. And then she walked away. I was only allowed to view items through the display case and with the lighting in the store it was difficult to see. I would have walked out but I really wanted a specific item I had been looking for that they happened to have. I have A LOT of Pandora but that store totally turned me off.

The ring I choose to buy had a tag price in the case of 55.00 and in the book it was listed as 65.00. When I realized this difference and ask about it the lady who was checking me out told Tiffany of the difference. Tiffany said that they ‘could not do a price over ride’ and they ‘had to charge what was listed in the book. ‘Things like this happens when we move and switch merchandise so often’. Tiffany did not apologize for the price error in the display case. She just stood there and looked at me until I said, Ok. My actual sales person was good. Tiffany did not carry a professional manner dealing with this issue. She walked away swinging her store keys around and around. In any other store the product would have been sold to the customer for the price that it was labeled on the shelf, rack or display. I hope I do not have future contact with Tiffany at the Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga, TN.

I accidentally walked behind the counter, I had no idea I had done so until a lady very rudely asked me to step back from behind the counted and talked to me like I was a child. She said “she said she has something for you so go over there.” I was very furious and almost decided not to purchase what I came in to get.

Having to be put on a waiting list to purchase what I wanted is completely unacceptable and I don’t understand how you can stay in business except for the high price if your jewelry

The manager did check in to see if we were ok, she was great but the sales associate had a hard time locating items. Just said they didn't have it. Biggest issue is she said 90 return "I think" I asked her to check and manager said it was 30 days. The girl was rude and acted like I was bothering her.

This is my third and last visit. The first time after the initial purchase, I was not even greeted or asked if I needed assistance. The sales associates were just engaged with each other and did not even perform basic guest service. This visit I was greeted and given assistance but no personality, no suggestive selling, no sense of genuine appreciation of my business.

Store did not have several of the charms I wanted. I bought a bracelet and 6 charms totaling $375 but had to settle for second and third choices. Very disappointed in selection. That's why I went to the Pandora store specifically.
