They didn't have any of the 8 items I wanted to get. So I had to settle and get something different. I also didn't understand the sales that were going on where I bought 2 things to get 30% off and still paid 170 dollars on 1 thing that cost 30 and the other 40...

There were to many people and the wait was longer then told. Two sales associates were standing at the front of the entrance, one was taking names and the other was just having general conversation with the other instead of helping a customer. I already knew what I was looking for prior to going to the store due too going on-line to your website. Unlike other people I don't have the luxury of having time to waste and chit chatting with people. I know what I want prior to any store I enter.

Your salesperson 228246 was rude. She rolled her eyes at everything I said. I worked in retail for many years and this was unacceptable.

The ring turned my hand green. The lady wouldn’t help me and i was waiting for over 30 minutes. The customer service from the employees are horrible and you can tell they don’t care about their customers.

The sales associate, Suraya, was very short and a bit snappy. When I asked to see other charms she told me they were displayed throughout the store. I have never had a member of Pandora be so unwilling to help me find the perfect piece.

Brought my 4 bracelets in to be cleaned and she cleaned 3, the other was leather she said can’t clean it and didn’t clean charms either. Oxided bracelet she told was dirty and she ruined it. Said sorry, but we can’t do anything with it because we don’t have any like it. Didn’t offer any other kind of help. I asked for corporate number and manager gave it to me and they helped me.

The lady who helped/checked us out was very very rude. She did not have patience. As long as she’s in the building working I will not return. I felt rushed.

So rude!!! Acted like we were a bother to her !!! I am taking the charm back mainly because I can’t get over how she acted! Her number is 209531

Raisa was rude and not friendly at all. Wasn’t helpful in assisting me select a stacking piece and overall just not interested in us. Didn’t engage with us and made us feel unwelcomed.

So, I went to purchase a bracelet for my fiancee for her birthday. I found one. Rose gold. Bought the bracelet and the lady bagged it up and I went home. Later I had all her presents all laid out and she got to open the bag.. then she went open the box. It was empty. The lady at the store didn't put it in the box. I called down to the store. They didn't know where it was. No manager. Couldn't look at the Camara. Then maybe an hour they call oh we are sorry we found it but we close in a min. You will have to come tomorrow. Then we show up tomorrow and we get oh so sorry.. have a nice day.
