I will continue to order online the sales associate was very rude had I not been last minute getting a bday gift for a special person I would have most definitely left the store without a purchase

Attendant was not at all friendly. I tried asking questions & it was more like I was bothering her. Will never be returning. Rather purchase online.

I waited 3 hours and the manager knew I had a return and shut the door in my face. She took the staff to the back and locked the store up. I had to call my grandmother to come resolve the issue because the manager was frustrated with other customers she decided initially without even consulting with me about my exchange that she was not going to do my exchange. Maybe she thought I was a teenager or something but she was very rude. I bought the merchandise 2 days prior to Mother’s Day and she was not very acknowledgeable to customers at all. She didn’t even speak to anyone in the store at all. I guess the other employees were suppose to “take care” of customers so she could be antisocial. Why would she not exchange the bracelet from me (the Original purchaser) but my grandmother (who the gift was for)? I have never encountered with such mediocre Management. With me spending my money on such a nonessential Item during this time you would think business would be appreciated.

My husband and I travel quite a bit. I use my bracelet to buy memories. I was so distraught to find that you are no longer making destination charms.
