I had never been to a Pandora store before and had never purchased from Pandora. This year I wanted to give all of the girls/women a gift for Christmas that they will cherish and that we could build upon memories, and not something like clothes that will go out of fashion. When they all opened their Pandora bags and pulled out their beautiful charm bracelets, they were so happy and had tears. This really made me feel good as a mom, sister and aunt to give them a gift that we can continue to build memories upon. I lost my youngest sibling to Covid 19 at the young age of 39, so going this this loss, I wanted to give the gift of annual memories that I can make with all of them from this day forward. Thank you for being a part of our memories!

I love the product and you could not ask for a better sales associate/manager with Sue W. She is very patient and very willing to please the customer.

Salesperson was attentive and thorough. I was kindly greeted as I entered the store, asked if I needed help, but was allowed to browse without a lot of hovering. When I was ready to ask a question, the salesperson was friendly and prompt.
