I was very happy with the new merchandise. The store’s displays were beautiful and well organized. The product recommendations by the staff was very helpful!

I was in a hurry to get a gift for a friend and even though I was asked to wait, I was greeted immediately. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes and it was awesome!

Olivia W was so kind to help me with my exchange, she looked for the right size rings. She brought me two different size options and allowed me to try them both on. She took her time with me to ensure I had a comfortable fit!

I was in search of a specific charm and Stephaniana my sales person was very helpful. Stephaniana was extremely nice, pleasant and talkative. We exchange stories in regards to our Pandora bracelets and rings until she found the charm I was in search of.

I was looking for a present for my sister. I asked Lynn if there were still Harry Potter items and she showed and explained each one. She was so helpful with suggestions and I ended up buying the one she pointed out to me. Excellent service, I wish I bought every single charm!!

I was able to exchange my bracelet for a smaller size without hassle. They were very helpful and helped me chose the perfect fit.
