Costumer service, patience,and quality

We waited by the sign at the door only briefly before an employee welcomed us in. We had an exchange and she was very knowledgeable in selections we could exchange for and how to process the exchange. My only niggle is that this store does not offer a military discount.

I had an exchange. The item lost a stone. I was able to get a new bracelet without any issues.

I was really happy that the item that I wanted came within a week as what they promised.

All the sales associates were very friendly, and wonderful. The store was clean and very organized, and the displays were awesome. Olivia was awesome, she helped me pick two beautiful charms.

My boyfriend and I came in one minute from closing time, and the ladies there were so kind to let us still look around. They instantly knew how to help me and showed me some charms that fit the occasion.

Great store and associate really knows the merch.

The store had the Colorado bead i was looking for. It would have been nice to have a selection. The sales person was not eager to sell any other merchandise not pushy

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They all go out of their way to make sure you leave happy.
