Sue the sales associate was fantastic she remembered us from a previous visit and had the charm we forgot we had ordered. She is always friendly and extremely helpful with our purchases.

The women who waited on me went out of her way to rearrange my bracelet for me. Absolutely wonderful service.

The store has a great selection of pandora products to try on. I was very pleased they allowed me to try on earrings, as some jewelry stores will not, and I have funky ear lobes. So, it can be hard to tell if an earring will look okay unless I actually try it on.

The manager and staff are wonderful. They are very helpful and friendly.
