I lost a part of my brand new bracelet and was given the part for free. I was expecting to pay for it! Staff was very nice and friendly. I purchased another charm for my bracelet and love it. Great experience overall.

My experience within the Stove was absolutely amazing! Everything was so clean and the sales associate was extremely helpful. I think my visit to the store was at max, 10 minutes, because the sales associate knew exactly which rings I was talking about.

During my visit the staff was absolutely nice. I barely had to wait anytime and they assisted me very quickly. They were sanitizing everything every time a new costumer came in and every time jewelry was touched. Very clean store and very good costumer service.
