when we walked in the sales associates made sure to greet us and make sure we didn’t need any help. when we did decide to buy the bracelet they were super helpful with the charms and the bracelet. she was super explanatory on the steps to take and where to buy charms if we wanted more

The staff were highly knowledgeable. They were very friendly and patient with my wife and I as we browsed the different charms. The store was very clean and everyone was wearing face masks and keeping an appropriate distance from one another.
