The store is clearly marked requesting guests and requiring staff to wear masks. The floor has been marked with boxes six feet apart to remind people to socially distance. It is easy to follow directional signs and marks to move through the store to look at inventory. They make the best of a challenging situation!!

The store sent out an email informing me that Harry Potter charms arrived. The store has a great selection of all the new merchandise. I was assisted immediately, and staff patiently showed me the items I wanted.

The sales associate made the whole process smooth and with her help, I even purchased 2 more charms

I had to return a bracelet that was broken. The associate located a replacement right away and it was super easy to do the exchange. In addition, I had a ring that I bought six months prior that was tarnished and the associate cleaned it right up. Very satisfied with my experience and the warranty.

This store is well run. The manager is very accommodating and helpful.
