She really listened to my feedback and frustration at not being to locate a 20th Anniversary charm at any store in Colorado and expressed that she too understood my frustration as she would have loved to receive charms in her store to sell to the customers that have been coming in asking for one. Please Pandora make more of these charms available so your loyal collectors can purchase one. It is horrible that I see a reseller on eBay listing 10+ charms for sale at 4x the original price.
