The staff is always really friendly and helpful. Usually when I go, I have an idea of what I am going to purchase. They always know exactly where to find it and usually how much it costs. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Sue, the manager, is always available for her staff when they have questions or need help assisting a customer.If there is a new charm coming in and has an arrived yet, They will notify you when they come in. One of the best stores I ever go to for purchases. Very impressive.
