Sue had helped us before, and the experience was fabulous both times! She easily flipped through the inventory to switch out charms, chains, and metal tones for us to mix and match to decide what we preferred. She had spot-on recommendations for what we were looking for. The rest of the store associates were just as friendly and helpful. All-in-all, it was a great experience and we are heading back soon!

We travel accross the state to go to this pandora. The staff is amazing and always friendly and the selection is always fruitful. Cannot day eno8gh good things about this store.

I called 3 or 4 days in advance and ask if they had the bracelet I needed and they hold them for me. I drove about 4 hours to be able to get this bracelets! I’m extremely happy they were able to hold them for me.

amazing customer service, asked me if i wanted to open a credit card. the girl helping me, danielle, was super helpful and pulled out a bunch of different charms for me to look at.

The store and merchandise was beautiful. The sales associate was very friendly. She helped me with my questions and recommended purchasing the cleaner and shared the upcoming holiday promotion with me.
