I got stuff i had wanted. i also added things i didn’t know i wanted. rachel was really helpful and easy to talk to.

I went in close to closing time and both girls were patient and very nice and helpful!

They had what I was looking for. The customer service is good and I was in and out in great time.

I came in to see what's new and ended up getting some. Its easy to move around and see what I want. Sales person is very nice.

The merchandise displays are eye-catching and drew us into the store. The store is very well-lit and merchandise is displayed and grouped together logically. I could compare several rings and a variety of bracelets together.

As soon as I walked into this store, I was greeted with friendly faces and workers who genuinely seemed happy to be there and help. As soon as I told her I was looking for a ring she asked my size and pulled them out without hesitation. She helped me pick one that she could tell I loved just by watching me try them on and even provided me with a warranty.

Sue was the sales rep / manager who assisted me. She is wonderful and I very much enjoy working with her. She is very knowledgeable about all the beautiful jewelry in the Pandora Store at Flatiron Mall. She offers to look up something for me at another store, if need be. She is always very friendly, pleasant and vivacious. She has a lovely personality and is cheerful and fun. I love working with Sue.
