The lady I talked to answered all of my questions and helped me pick out a unique gift for my mom for Christmas. She showed me different charms, offered suggestions, and made my experience a great one.

The store was crowded but I was quickly assisted. I knew what type of charm I was looking for. Sue was knowledgeable of the stock. I completed my purchase and was on my way in about 10-15 minutes. Unbelievable at Christmas time!

Sales Associate was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the store. I was not rushed thru my decision.

I love this store and even though I live quite a distant from it I will always drive the extra mile to shop at Pandora Flatiron. This is such a friendly store and the staff are great. Patty always takes her time and never rushes me and let me tell her all about what is going on in my life. The manager Sue is always very cheerful.
