New merchandise arrived, and I was excited to see the newest charms. The merchandise is always well-organized so I can look at similarly themed items (i.e., Disney, Christmas). I had a dedicated associate show me items and help me look at possible bracelets and charm combinations. Associates make great suggestions without pushing particular items.

The store is bright and welcoming. Merchandise is always well organized. Associates are very knowledgeable about all types of merchandise and provide suggestions and ideas to make a wonderful gift. They are very patient in showing merchandise and helping customers, whether someone is looking to finish their Christmas shopping or find that one perfect charm.

Store is clean and bright. Merchandise is displayed to give indecisive shoppers ideas. Staff are ready to assist from almost the moment I walked in the store.

The best Pandora store I have ever shopped at.

I love the rings that Pandora has. I have approximately eight; however, of the almost 100 rings you have... this is all they have in my size (62, just 8 rings). I know you have more than eight rings in my size. This location needs to order more rings in size 62.

I loved shopping the new items, and some old favorites. I went in because of the promotion. The staff made it so fun, so I bought items!

The sales clerk was very helpful and encouraging, and a second sales clerk reminded her of a sale on discontinued items. I ended up buying charms when I just came in for a bracelet.

You staff were incredibly friendly and were happy to show us different charms for my bracelet. The charm we picked was beautiful and cheaper than we expected. Your staff made the whole process quick and simple without making us feel rushed in any way.

The staff were all very helpful and patient when dealing with our first time in! They knew all about the available merchandise and we felt very welcomed. We will gladly return in the future.
